QPR vs Liverpool Match Preview

Liverpool travel to Loftus road this sunday with the hopes of bouncing back off the humiliation 3-1 loss to Stoke City on boxing day. Both teams see this fixture as a must win & both will see this one as a fixture they can both win.Last season this fixture ended 3-2 after Qpr staged a comeback in a somewhat freaky match that saw Qpr score 3 goals in the last 14minutes of the game.

QPR have been unbelievably poor this season & it's worse considering the squad they have. They have only won 1 match thus far,a record that if continued would make them the worst team in the premier league since Derby county. They currently have the same number of points as Reading and 3pts here would be a massive boost for Harry.Qpr would need to be at their best though as liverpool have the potential ability to outplay them in every area.Andy Johnson,Bobby Zamora,Jose Bosingwa, Julio Cesar and captain Park Ji-Sung are also doubts for Sunday's clash through injury.

Liverpool on the other hand have been too inconsistent this season & a loss here would mean Brendan Rogders would have amassed the same number of points as Roy Hogson.Suarez has been declares fit to play which is a massive boost seeing that he's liverpools most important player.A win for liverpool will depend heavily on how good Suarez and Gerrard will be that night.

Likely line ups

Qpr - Green Fabio, Ferdinand, Hill, Traore, Wright-Phillips, Faurlin, Mbia, Taarabt, Cisse, Mackie

Liverpool-Reina Johnson, Skrtel, Agger, Enrique, Lucas, Gerrard, Allen, Downing, Suarez, Sterling

My Prediction

Qpr 1-3 Liverpool

Qpr have been very poor this season and so has liverpool, but i just can't see Qpr win this one.One thing thats for sure is that Liverpool won't get a clean sheet in this fixture as they have been poor at the back..perhaps a Taarabt or Cisse goal.

4 of My Favourite football moments of 2012

2012 was really a big year in football as a lot of big things happened(No not liverpool winning the carling cup)that will be significant in the years to come.Here are 4 moments that were my favourite;

4.Chelsea lifting the Champions league for the 1st time
What made this interesting was how chelsea got to the finals, coming back from a near elimation to Napoli, beating Barcelona at Stamford Bridge despite only having 1 shot on target and then drawing 2-2 at the Nou Camp despite being a man down. That was just amazing!Call it luck or whatever you like but it was simply unbelievable. The final was no different as well, playing a rampant Bayern Munich who were desperate to win this years champions league after losing out 2years ago,and even though Chelsea spent the 1st 50minutes defending, they immediately woke up when Bayern Munich scored and suddenly it became a competition again.Chelsea became the 1st team from London to win the UEFA champions league..and it only took a mere £500m :-)

3.Lionel Messi breaking Gerd Mullers goal scoring record
I must say even though this didn't surprise me much,i mean it's Lionel Messi afterall. He pratically breaks records for fun,& now he has scored the most goals in a year beaing Mullers previous record of 89 goals in a year,Messi now has 92goals.That's history being made right there & i'm glad i was alive to see it.Normally i would say Ronaldo deserves this years Balon D'Or from some of the milestones he set(this year) but then i looked at Messi milestones and they made Ronaldo look like he shouldn't even be compared to Messi,so hands down..Messi is the best footballer in the world.

2.Man City's way of winning the premier league trophy
This was one of the best finales to a season i had ever seen!Man utd practically won the trophy for 2minutes before Sergio Aguero blasted in deep deep deep in stoppage time. All Fergie was waiting for was for the City game to end and they would be champions..but Aguero had other plans.Just as Manchini was biting his fingernails while looking at the clock,City who were 2goals behind from winning their 1st Trophy for 44yrs or something, decided to make us jump from our seats and score 2goals..in Stoppage time?we're talking 4mins of stoppage time and they did it.What a moment, what a game,What a season.

1.Zambia winning the African cup
To win a trophy deep in stopage time is something,to win a trophy in a country were your teammates died in some 18yrs ago?Now that's just magical, and to do it while being considered underdogs made it all the more special. No one expected the copper bullets to even make it past the group stages but they proved everyone wrong by beating big teams like Senegal,Ghana and eventually the tornument favourites Ivory Coast who had a superstar roster squad.Zambian overcame the odds and won the AFCON on penalties to ivory coast. It was a magical moment for every Zambian out there, especially Drogba missing a penalty? That type of thing doesn't happen often.

Ofcourse they were plenty more significant things thats occured in football this year,now i won't go into detail explaining them...because i'm lazy,so therefore i'l just list them out;

-Spain winning the Euros for a record 2times in a row
-Real Madrid winning La liga
-Hazards' hilarious transfer Saga
-RVP going to Manchester United(totally shocked me)
-Chelsea being the 1st ever defenders of the champions league to be dumped out in the group stages.
-Chelsea playing Europa League Football.
-Chelsea Losing 4-1 to Athletico madrid in the UEFA Super cup.
-Chelsea losing the club world cup.
-Chelsea.
-Usain Bolt(Not football related but i was just tempted to write his name)
-Stewart Downing grabbing his 1st Premier league goal & assist...and it only took him a year.
-The Van Persie and Wayne Rooney collabo,Van Rooney or something.
-Michu
-The Manchester Derby
-Juventus' unbeaten run(came to an end only recently)
-Ibrahimovics' 4goal haul against England, which ended with an audatious overhead kick from 35yards out.
-The world never ended :-)

Stewart Downing to Replace Ronaldo on Balon D'Or shortlist

After the £20m man from Villa finally scored his 1st league goal and grabbed his 1st assist(as well)for liverpool, the fifa board of directors has decided to add him on the 3 man shortlist for the Balon D'Or instead of Cristina Ronaldo.

This decision came after the world witnessed an absolutely breath taking performance that Downing had put in to insure that Liverpool win a game at Anfield,which was a major plus because few teams win games at anfield(Liverpool is not one of those few).A few unusual faces showed how flabbergasted they were by his goal;

Sir Alex Ferguson:"Well it's good news for the boy there,*chew*after such a long time he finally did it*chew*Top class player"

Barack Obama:"What he did was amazing,a true work of art that needed more paint. And you know what they say..paint makes the heart grow fonder"
Errrrr...?

Rodgers:"Important member of the group, the fact that he passed the ball so many times means he's a world class player & that's what i'm looking for....the ball"

Wenger:"I knew E was capable of dis.I Ev been watching him since E was 4yrs ould, all E needed was a little bit of belief and pisistince and it was bound to Eppen"

Several scholars have even written books about him, best selling Novels like 'How to break a 45game drought in 3 easy ways' and 'Twilight:New Downing' have already accumulated over 700billion+ fans through out the world, which is weird cause the world population is less than that.Several ad agencies have made deals with Mr Downing to advertise their products,it's even rumoured that next week he'l be given the Key to America.

Suprisingly Cristina Ronaldo wasn't bothered by the decision to replace him."It's ok" she said,"As long as my salary is intact & i'm still hot".Lionel Messi even admitted that this time the Ballon D'Or will be tougher than ever,"When you are in the middle of great players",Messi said,"You tend to forget the 92goals you scored and start to wonder why Simon Cowells hairstyle is always the same".Even though i have no idea what that meant, the fact that Messi spoke about the situation means Downing trully among the best.

45Premier leage games

1 Goal 1 assist 1 Downing

Downing For Balon D'Or

[This story is completely fictional and should never be taken seriously..unless you're a penguin]

Swansea Vs Manchester United Match Preview

The log leaders will tomorrow travel to the liberty stadium with the hope of extending their lead to 6pts in the premier league.A match expected to be heavily focussed on the midfield,Swansea will need to be on their A game if they wish to salvage maximum points in this fixture.

The dynamic duo of RVP & Rooney will definately be the players to watch out for tomorrow,Rafael is set to miss out and Jones is likely to step in and replace him.The hectic Festive period might see Ferguson rotate his squad, with Smalling expected to fill for Rio Ferdinand while Welbeck and Hernandez could be given a run later in the game.

Good News for the Swans is that Michael Vorm is set to return after a lengthy spell on the sidelines with a groin injury, the inform Michu will lead the line and hope to keep his goal scoring tally intact, bad news would probably be the absense of Rangel who is one of Swansea's stand out performers this season.

Likely line ups

Swansea: 4-2-3-1
Vorm
Tiendalli, Chico, Williams, Davies
De Guzman,Ki Dyer, Britton, Routledge, Michu.

Manchester United: 4-4-1-1
De Gea
Jones, Ferdinand, Smalling, Evra
Valencia, Carrick, Cleverley, Young
Rooney, Van Persie

My Prediction:

Swansea 1-3 Manscheter united

BREAKING:Tumour causes Vilanova to step down

Barcelona coach Tito Vilanova is set to step down from his post after a tumour that he removed last year had re-appeared.

The 44-year-old manager had a tumour on his parotid gland removed in emergency surgery last November when he was still the club's assistant manager.During a recent medical check-up,it was found that the tumour had returned.

He is reportedly undergoing emergency surgery in a Barcelona hospital at the moment.

He took over in April as Barca coach following Pep Guardiola's decision to step down at the end of the season and take a year-long sabbatical from the game.

It's also reported that Pep Guardiola might be back to fill in for Mr Vilanova.

Our Prayers are with him,May he get well soon.

The Epic Fails of Football:Eden Hazard Backheel Fail

Football is a sport in which many things happen, some good some bad, some stupid but most of all damn right entertaining.

We all have experienced those awesome moments when Ibrahimovic scores an overhead kick from 30yards out,or when Messi dribbles past the whole Madrid squad including his own teammates or when Torres...anyways i'm not here to talk about that,i'm here to talk about some epic fails in football, moments that get you wondering what the hell the lad thinking before doing that. Here is the first that i conjured up using my secret spell called...google.

Eden Hazard epic backheel fail.

What a way to introduce yourself in England. It was the Charity shield against Man City and the score was still 0-0, what was meant to be a charity game became suprisingly competitive and i'm not talking about El clasico competitive, more like Stewart Downing vs the goal post competitive. The moment when Hazard got hold of the ball everyone got up from their seats waiting to see what the mystro would do, calmly getting the ball and bursting through Citys defense he went before spotting Ashley Cole or who ever the hell that was running past behind him.Hazard at this point was running at the speed of my grandmas automobile before deciding he could do it, you know what i mean by It right? No not give city a goal kick by passing the ball to Fernando Torres, he decided to do something simpler...a cheeky back pass while moving faster than my heart rate when i was told Lionel Messi was human.

At this point you're "Oh my gosh this lad is awesome" well the idea was sort of..well no it wasn't good. Hazard attempted to go for the audatious backheel and what resulted was the number 17 falling flat on the ground, head first (A fall which was worth £32m..as in i would pay £32m to watch it again and again and...nah i would rather feed the children dying of starvation! Talk about a recession?). I burst into dynamic laughter. Like What the hell was he thinking?? It was soo funny that i can't quite remember what happened the rest of the match, something about Kompany 'head'ing into the game or whatever.

Hazard got up,embarrased and blushing while we were still laughing and choking. He looked to his teammates and gave them a thumbs up,maybe it was a thumbs up for not laughing as much as we did?I don't know.Well despite Chelsea losing that game Hazard finally did his back heel the following week....against Wigan,an achievement for him seeing that players rarely go for the backheel against Wigan.

Real Madrid vs Espanyol Match Preview

Sunday sees Title hopefulls Real Madrid host Espanyol at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Madrid will be hoping to bounce back with a win following that  shocking 2-1 loss in midweek to Celta Vigo in the Copa Del rey.Boosted by Karim Benzemas' quick recovery from injury,Madrid will definately have the firepower to see to it that 3pts are in the bag.Varane and Marcelo will be absent.

Struggling side Espanyol are currently 19th on the log table having aquired 11pts from their opening 15games.The side has shown some in improvements in their past games but have been unlucky in most as they probably don't deserve to be as far down as 19th...but that's football. The good part is that they have no injury concerns and will go in with their strongest xi.

Likely line ups

Real Madrid:
Casillas, Arbeloa, Pepe, Ramos, Coentrao, Khedira, Alonso, Di Maria, Ozil, Ronaldo, Morata.

Espanyol:
C. Alvarez, Lopez, Colotto, Moreno, V. Alvarez, Sanchez, Forlin, Garcia, Verdu, Simao, Stuani.

My Match Prediction;

Real Madrid 3-1 Espanyol

Madrid have enough to see off the espanyol threat and i believe will do so easily,Espanyol might put up a good fight but honestly can't see Madrid losing.Their home form and epic midfield is a huge advantage for them.

Venue:Santiago Bernabeu
Time:18:00hrs UK time

A few Stats;
#Real Madrid have won all of their
previous six encounters with Espanyol.

#Cristiano Ronaldo is currently the highest-scoring player for Mourinho's side with 13 league goals this term.Only Lionel Messi and Radamel Falcao have scored more.

#Los Blancos ran out 5-0 winners in this fixture last season.

#Espanyol have failed to score a single goal in their last six outings against los Blancos.

#The Catalan side have not tasted victory at the Bernabeu since a 2-1 win in the 1995-96 season
[Stats from Goal.com]

An open letter to my fellow liverpool fans

Ok so i have been a liverpool fan for about 11yrs now,I have atleast seen liverpool lift a fair amount of trophies but right now things are just messed up and fans seem to be feed up with it,venting their anger out on Brendan Rogders who was appointed about 7months ago.It seems they all expected him to get liverpool in the Top4 in his first season.

Fact is we should stop acting like delusional fans.Last week we made a great a comeback against West Ham at their home & next thing Rodgers is saying "We can finish 2nd" & some fans are saying "We are the best"To be honest at this moment we're not even the best in Merseyside,We play great football but we don't score. So we haven't been lucky infront of goal and so we haven't been given fare decisions on the penalty aspect but we are Liverpool! We shouldn't depend on the refs call or on luck!.Everytime I hear of 'Come January all we need is a Center Forward and we'l be safe'ask yourself how many proven center forwards(Goal poachers do Arsenal have?Giroud and Chamakh? Everton? Spurs? Chelsea? But yet they still win these games or are still somehow ahead of us on the log table despite us playing better than them.Sure it's ok to go at the team and stuff and that's understandable because it brings out the fact that we are afraid of becoming a midtable club,a cup club..which we certainly shouldn't be.We desperately need a top 4 finish before we become the next Leiceter city..a has been that still has a big-ish fanbase.

My Tactical Opinion;
BR should bench Sterling,he's only 18years old for crying out loud and every match he plays now he looks burnt out. What in Gods name happend to Suso and Assaidi?I think they are both quality but why don't they play??Suso is a sort of a second striker and he can play well there behind Suarez, but Rodgers plays him way out wide.

Joe Allen should be benched as well, why not play the in form Henderson(or even Sahin) instead?Atleast he offers alot upfront and is decent in defense. Is it me or Rodgers can't seem to be bench Allen?is there some kind of Swansea alliance thing going on there?

Gerrard or Jonjo?Maybe it's high time we lifted the burden on Gerrards shoulders of being Mr Liverpool and instead play Jonjo? Not that i don't appreciate his efforts thus far but Gerrard has been annoymus in alot of Matches this season which isn't good considering he's our Captain.

Does tiki taka require you to pass the ball when you're in the opponents 18yard box??If so then i would gladly go back to shot on site please..

Where's Andre Wisdom?

This post comes after the back of a very dissapointing 1-3 loss to Aston Villa,a game in which we had 72% ball possession and Villa had 28% but with only 5shots on goal...with 3 of those shots being the goals. So Why can't we score??Of the 14+shots we had you would think that atleast 2 would be goals but nope, only 1...I feel the players should pick themselves up and (hopefully)bounce back at Fulham. That's if the world doesn't end though

Newcastle VS Manchester City preview

Coming from the back of a very exciting Manchester derby(A game in which i got the scoreline prediction correct thank you very much)Manchester City will be eager to put that behind them and bounce back against the struggling Newcastle United.

The league is getting heated up at this time as we are nearing the end of the world..i mean year..the end of the year and No doubt Man city will want to close the gap with local rivals Man united.Newcastle will also want to keep the momentum going as they seek to climb up the league table after a freakishly poor start to the campaign which can be blamed mostly on the Europa league, injuries to certain Key players and Papiss not being able to find his Cisse. So both clubs will definately go out with the intention to win this game.

Sad news for Pardew is 2 of his best players Hateen Ben Arfa and Yohan Cabaye are still sidelined with injuries the cause where as the only players out for Manchini are Clichy(doubtful),Nasri,Kompany,Milner and Kolarov(With Micah Richards out till January).

The absense of Kompany means that most likely Nastastic and Lescott/Toure will pair up at the back, which is abit of a worrying factor for Manchini but i'm sure his squads Attacking prowness will comend for their defensive vulnerabilities.Newcastle will probably have Ba,Cisse and Marveux upfront with Tiotie controlling the midfield.Coloccini and Perch will most likely return to the middle.

No doubt this will be a cracker that might pull off a few surprises,My score prediction is;

Newcastle utd 1-3 Manchester City

I just can't see Man city losing this game, despite Newcastle being at home City should easily dominate the midfield and hurt Newcastle at their own backyard.

Venue:Saint James' Park

Time:12:45GMT

Characteristics of certain football fans

These are a few ways in how you can tell a what team certain people support by the way of how they talk, some are facts and some vary.

Man utd
-Try to end almost every sentence with'GGMU'
-Rarely talk about their champions legue achievements but mostly about they're 20th league title which they believe is coming.
-Always find a way to prove in someway that they have the best squad in england.
-Dont like arguing with Barca fans
-Are very arogant.
-Most of them only spawn up when Man utd wins a game.

Chelsea
-Most stubborn fans you'l ever find
-Before an argument they'l ask you which team you support, usually if you say Madrid they'l find a way to end the argument,if you say barca they'l say messi & the refs, man utd they'l say gay & refs, liverpool they'l say history and Arsenal they'l say 7yrs
-Always try to prove that they love chelsea,KTBFFH?
-Always talk about Trophies, never about their youth squads, probably because they dont care, love?
-Only get behind their players when they're doing well, but when their form drops they  hate on them..
-Like to avoid the subject of Abramovich making them what they are today.
-Have the most plastic fans.

Liverpool
-Always make it known that they won trophies...in the past.
-One of the most delusional set of fans(e.g Liverpool wins 3 games in a row and next thing you'l here is that they might win the league)
-Always talk about istanbul.
-Usually avoid arguments about league trophies.
-Claim to be the best fans in the world.
-Claim they are the best english team when it comes to participating in the champions league,a competition they've failed to qualify for 3yrs now.

Arsenal
-Like talking about their invincible squd that won the league a while ago.
-Always say when the win a trophy they won't stop(something about Wenger building another invincible squad..with Gervinho in it).
-Claim Wenger was right to sell stars like Van Persie,Nasri, fabregas etc.
-Don't like talking about trophies but rather development of players.
-Most won't tell you what team they support until you ask.
-They 8-2 see one of their former players become successful.

Real Madrid
-Love to talk about how rich they are.
-Fail to accept that Messi is better than Ronaldo.
-Hate the subject of when they last won the champions league, they still have the highest number of trophies though.
-Most of them are former Arsenal fans.

Barcelona
-Always praise/single out Messi,i mean its not like there are 10 other people playing.
-Deny that refs have helped them a few times(wether knowingly or unknowingly).
-Again,most of them are Arsenal or former Arsenal fans.
-half of them don't know their club slogan and will probably google it after reading this.

Is it time for Arsene Wenger to let go?

Arsene Wenger, undoubtably one of the best coaches in England has reached a stand still at Arsenal.A situation in which the fans have had enough of a trophy drought older than my 7yr old nephew.

After advancing to the quarter finals of the capital one cup, many felt that this might be the year Arsenal finally ended their barren spell, but a Freaky match against Bradford(Freaky in the sense that Arsenal fielded a very strong squad against a squad that cost £7.5K and still somehow managed to lose)saw them eliminated from realistically one of the few trophies Arsenal could win next year.Arsenal fans were furious, suprisingly even those who never really cared for the trophy branding it a'Mickey Mouse'Trophy were calling for Wengers head!but were they right to?Well this is a diverse question in the sense that Wenger has stabilised the club in terms of finances and again in the sense that he isn't using the money he's making, but lets look at it this way,Modern football is all about money..if you don't spend you won't amount to much,a few exceptional clubs spend less and win more, infact i can't think of a successful club in this day and age that hasn't splashed out a few Euros(except liverpool)and won tophies that matter. In my opinion,Arsenal fans are right to mad at Wenger, sure he has made them a consistent face in the Champions league but thats all the are!a participating team! It's a harsh reality really but it's a fact..even Chelsea have won a Champions league trophy before them(Thats a statement because Chelsea now has bragging rights over Arsenal). While Wenger is still apparently trying to build an 'Invincible squad' someone needs to wake him up and tell him that it's 2012,small budgets no longer work!you cant be invincible with Gervinho in your squad.

So here's how I see it;
Arsene Wenger either needs to put his pride aside and spend the heck out of his budget,if Walcott wants £100,000 a week and a pony..then offer him what he wants instead of losing him like he did Van Persie

Or..
Step down,This is a abit tough because first of all who will replace him?Pep 'too tired to coach' Guardiola??Roberto 'Not good enough' Di Matteo??Klopp??Benitez(when he gets fired)??

It's a really tough situation if you think about it from all angles. What are you opinions?

5 Strikers Liverpool should be looking to Sign in January

Liverpool as we know have probably been one of the most unlucky teams in EPL due to the fact that they create alot of chances..but no one is up there to finish them, yes that's right they have no Valid Center Forward.Everyone knows Luis Suarez isn't a goal poacher but a Second Striker,he's more of a Winger than he is a striker and with the January transfer window coming up,liverpool have a chance to bring in some reinforcements and here are 5 Strikers liverpool should be looking to sign:

5.Demba Ba
People never really cared when Alan Pardew snapped him up for free last year, but now they really care for his buy-out clause.Demba Ba is no stranger to the goal mouth, having played a huge part in Newcatles top half finish last season and is also playing a part in Newcastles goals this time,Demba Ba is now one of the best Strikers in england and if Liverpool can snap him up,goals will definately come for the reds. The only downfall is that Ba has a knee problem that if tempered with,he could be out for a long time..and Liverpool don't really need that right now.

4.Robert Lewandoski
Top scorer in Germany last season,Lewandoski(also wanted by Man utd and Chelsea)possesses all the qualities of a top class finisher.Once considered as a definate purchase by Ferguson, the steam has gone down for him seeing that Fergie now has Van Persie,Liverpool should atleast try to sign him,you might never know.

3.Edison Cavani
Abit unrealistic to be honest, but these are the kind of players liverpool should be fighting for, established Center forwards. If Liverpool want to Really challenge for the Top 4 Cavani is the man,one of the deadliest strikers in the world and also country mates with Suarez, that level of chemistry will be sublime and important for liverpool.Liverpool should Break the bank for Cavani, even £30m should do it

2.Gonzalo Higuain
One of the best Strikers in La liga,Higuain seems to have gone down the pecking order at madrid who prefer using a 4-2-3-1 formation, meaning it's either him or Benzema playing and we all know how good Benzema has been these past few games.Liverpool should offer him an escape rout and bid highly for him,he will definately score the goals!on a regular basis i doubt but definately a double figure player(goals)

1.Theo Walcott
A more realistic transfer i must say,Walcott does have the attributes of a Center Forward and even wants Wenger to play him there. He has pace, agility and that Eye for goal. One advantage of Walcott is that he admitted to being a liverpool fan.Liverpool just have to match his wage balance and i'm sure for £10m they can snap him up.

Fernando Torres is Back!!The long Sleeves say so

Many people are tired of saying this but guess what?I'l say it again,Fernando Torres is back!!(or will be atleast)Back to himself, makes you wonder who he was before ey?.El Nino is back to what we know if for..scoring goals?Creating cool celebrations that look even cooler when other players do them?ok so maybe the goals he scored were tap ins and a penalty but hey a Goal is a Goal...is goal.

But just how did we know he was back? Why thats a no brainer, the long sleeved kits say it all.Even though he doesn't look as cool as he did in a liverpool kit(probably because of the drastic weight gain)you can tell that Torres is back because the Torres of old days never liked wearing long sleeved shirts because everyone knows that Short sleeves are for losers right?yes..right,it's there in the books.Torres went from being a wonder kid to being the best striker on earth to being the worst striker on earth to being the worst player on earth to being the best, the worst then the average goal scorer, but after the golden boot winner scored 4goals in the past 2 games, everyone is now saying"He's back"Well not to be a buzzkill or anything but earlier this year he did score 5 in 2..then went for other drought before coming back in fashion against Barcelona...then he disappeared..again.A similar situation has happened again and now people are saying his back...again,after scoring a brace against Nordsedblahblah and another against Sunderland some would say'Hey maybe this lad really is back'or maybe he's trolling us again?i believe not this time because you know things are serious when Torres puts on that Long sleevd top.

Some say Benitez had something to do with it,others say it was a long time coming..and others say Pizza makes you fat either way that has nothing to do with you so i suggest watching Cricket, less commitment.

7 Things Noted from United's win over City

After yesterdays mouthgrabbling, jaw dropping derby which left Tom Cruise wanting the match never to end,Ferguson will definatley be the happiest of the two managers. Here are some 7 things Man utd fans should be excited about:

7. The EPL is definetly the most interesting league. The fact that even a star like Tom Cruise attended means Manchester derby 1-0 el classico.Once again another important EPL match ends dramatically with an unexpected late winning goal.I think it's safe to say that this year's derby lived up to it's potential unlike a certain Spanish match which was basically a 2-man show and proved 2 us that the only thing worth caring about in the league are the two most untouchable players in the world(No names mentioned).

6. We now know that Ferguson is still tactically brilliant...SAF this season has been critisized for his awkward team selections, i.e his weird obsession or Fetish with Pairing up 2 old guys in the midfield and all but yesterday,in what was United's biggest game of the season, Fergie put out a team which many pundits believe is the best starting XI in SAF's fossilized brain at the moment and in the opinion of many fans, even though nobody important really cares what the fans opinions are.

5. Jonny Evans is actually a pretty good defender when he is inspired. He actually looked like a centre back last night,I mean whenever a goal is conceded by Man utd,Evans is usually a spectator who looks lost but yesterday he actually looked like he was trying or atleast he pretended 2 try VERY WELL!

4. Robin Van Persie was actually a Bargain and one of Fergie's most inspired signings......the Dutchman was actually a key figure in all the goals scored for united last night including the one where he didn't touch the ball, his presence on the pitch simply inspired Rooney.

3. Phill Jones once again not only showed that he is one hell of a versatile player but that the 16.5mil price tag was not an exaggeration.Sure he only made a cameo appearance as a sub and he didn't really make a run like his famous destruction of the Chelsea and West Brom defence in 2011 but Jones still showed that he can be counted on.

2. Danny Welbeck actually did something impressive. When Welbeck came on at 2-2 in the dying minutes, instead of Chicharito,I will not lie I had tears coming out of my eyes, because logically speakin, that was the end of the game as I thought Ferguson was now playing for a draw but luckily,Welbeck didn't make any bad shots, bad passes and he even made a vital interception that through a ''final destination'' like chain reaction, led to the winning goal maybe if he had played more  (Man utd Fans) would still be carrying out our secret mission 2 assassinate him but luckily Fergie made the right choice and the fact that he didn't do anything to piss Man utd fans off this time is good enough.

1.Wayne Rooney is still the man and is undoubtably Englands(The country not the league) best player at the moment.Wayne Rooney I salut you,and your hair plugs.

There you go 7 things Man utd fans should be taking note of after yesterdays derby.Unfortunately for City/Chelsea fans Manchester is Red this time

The Manchester Derby,who will win?

DERBY DERBY DERBY..I smell a derby.Ladies and gentlemen Tomorrow it's Derby day!and where you ask?non other than in Manchester. What was a seemingly useless and boring match 5years ago is now arguably one of the biggest matches in England which now has the likes of Tom Cruise and David Beckham attending.

Thanks to the shift in Power(and some 'minor' investments)Manchester City is now a force to reckon with in England, new aquisitions like Aguero,Silva and Co have sparked up the team immensely and created one of the most deadliest strike force in England.City(who are the only team yet to lose in England)have every chance of walking away as winners in this tasty encounter, but one worrying thing is do they have the spirit? We all saw how they were (embarrasingly) evicted from the Champions league, having not won a single game, from english champions that's just unexceptable even despite being put in a tough group, you would expect them to have beaten atleast Ajax.
Back to topic,City are going in as clear favourites and have the fire power to destroy Man united, worrying factor will be Manchinis' tactical decision making(which leaves many amused) aswell as injuries to a few key players like Silva,Micah Richards,Clichy and Milner..and lets not forget about Citys defensive woes, let's just say they haven't really been good at the back.

Man united on the other hand are enjoying life on top of the table, having found a spark that has seen them collect maximum points in their previous games, the team has the spirit and chemistry to help them get something from this game, the blistering strikeforce combo of Robin Van Persie and Wayne Rooney is the best strikeforce in the premier league and will definately be a huge threat to Citys leaky defence, having said that..Man united are terrible at defending just as well as city, they have only kept 2 clean sheets this season..meaning they have conceded a goal in every match other than those two which says alot.Injuries are also a worrying factor for Alex Ferguson and his bubble gum, with players like Valencia,Kagawa, vidic,Anderson and Nani out injured their Midfield looks flat out compared to Citys.

This will be a very tough game and no doubt Goals will be scored so expect a high scoring game.Man united are slight underdogs in what will suffise to be a tasty meeting so City will have the advantage. But despite what i've said my prediction is

Manchester City 2-3 Manchester United

I just have a feeling that Manchester United will edge this one out, maybe a last minute Van Persie Toe Poke?

What are your predictions?

Venue:Etihad Stadium
[Last season score ended 1-0]

A few stats
*Rooney has scored 8 goals in all Manchester derbies
*City will be looking to win 3 consecutive league matches for the 1st time since 1969-70
*City have never lost a match in which Tevez has scored
*United have conceded a goal in 15 out of 23 matches this season, the comeback against reading was the 7th time they did it in the league..a record

My Review on Pro Evolution Soccer 2013

PES 13 is the latest installment in the pro evolution soccer(Or Pro Evo) series which sees the game go back to what it was known for, What happens on the football pitch..along with some new great improvements which have seen the game go from been ridiculed for taking a step back last year to being back to almost the PES we know and loved.

Firstly i must admit that i became a PES fan after playing PES06 (I had been a stounge fifa boy before that), but PES at that time felt different, unique..& awesome, I loved it! but when PES09 came out my God what a dissapointment that was, it felt like being dumped by your 2nd girlfriend after believing that the relationship would go on for a long time. Things just went bad for PES after that..with 12 being significant. But alas hope arose, PES 13 is by far the Best PES i've ever played, the gameplay has been revamped, New types of shots, player graphics awesome as usual, goal keepers Retardedness levels aren't as ridiculous as they were before, new features like Nutmegging, player IDs & professional dribbling (Not that fifa thing of just rotating the right analog stick & Boom! Marseille roulette) but actual dribbling that might ACTUALLY happen in a real game, lets face it..even Cristiano Ronaldo doesn't do those fifa street like dribbles in real life(reference to fifa).

So after playing the game here are my Pros and Cons;

PROs:
- Awesome player graphics.
- The player ID thing was an amazing idea.
- Finese shots feel okay (Strange at times)
- It's somewhat not as easy to score from 30yards out as it was before
- Goal keepers seem more intelligent (despite a few moments of Epic retardness)
- The Master League & become a legend are still cool.
- The crowd ambiance is also great too.
- The AI is now slightly more intelligent
- Performance training is great but feels too short.

CONS:
- Only 13tracks in the game most of which are from old games like Contra, few of them are good.
- Jon Champion and Jim Beglin are still terrible.
- A few things were removed from the become a legend mode (like the photo gallery, which in my opinion was amazing).
- The running is cool but feels abit Robotic
- The licensing is too terrible (Netherlands with generic names?? Zambia the African champions with generic names?? Etc)
- The interface was abit lame compared to 12.
- Some moments in the game were players seem to not notice what the hell is going on.
- Keeper animations still unrealistic.
- Ronaldo is a superhuman.
- Players have no tackling Attribute?? WTF?

Despite all my positivity about the game, it still lacks ALOT! And hopefullt PES14 with a new game engine will be a whole lot better.
