PES 14: Step in the right direction?
Another year, another pes, but this time with an entirely different engine. Many PES fans were anticipating what this new installment of the widely criticized football franchise was going to bring to the plate. But just what exactly did it bring? Is it going in the right direction?
First of all, let's start with gameplay. Pro evolution's gameplay is great, just great. The players movements have been greatly worked on and the ball physics seems more legit than it did in the previous games. However, I just like to point out that the A.I response is very disappointing. I can't stand how retarded players look sometimes when the ball reaches near them and they just stand there like that's not the ball they expected to see. I like the whole jostling thing though, it feels great getting your shirt pulled by another player as it is done in the real game.
Let's go to graphics. Firstly, the menu sucks as always. Why don't Konami focus on presentation first?? I've seen Atari games with better menus than Pes 14. Most players look really realistic, however when I say 'most' I mean like 170 out of a possible 9000 players, Raphael looks like a zebra, Torres looks like a Teen girl who loves Twilight and listens to One Direction and Wayne Rooney is....well Wayne Rooney. The fans in the stadium are surprisingly good but the ambience sucks, like big time. The football jerseys not being attached to the players was a good idea, only problem is they flap around too much, especially on the unlicensed teams and De Gea.
Commentary is as usual, Pes like. Are Jim Begin and Jon Champion the cheapest commentators around or what? There's no other reason I could think of for Pes to stick with them for like 4 years or so. They only have like 100 words to say and the reaction they give when you score a goal is similar to my reaction when I 1st played Singularity.
New game modes? You wish. The master league isn't as good as it was, Become legend is fun but not as fun as it was in 12, league mode returns and blah blah blah.
Despite a this, (and the fact that the games feels unfinished) PES 2014 is a really fun game to play, just make sure to get patches or data packs, because they improve the games greatly. I think it's a step in the right direction and definitely looks promising mainly due to the fact that they're now focusing on what happens on the pitch and not what celebration Ronaldo did against AC Milan. Errors are expected in this game but that's mainly due to switching to a new more advanced engine which is more powerful than this game makes it seem. All Konami need to do is fire the guy in charge of the GUI, get new commentators, hire more artists for player faces and try to do stuff on time. Seriously, the game is realised after a year, what do they do all this time?? It definitely won't challenge FIFA unfortunately but still has potential to gain some new fans.
This is my opinion, Take my Feel.

Real Madrid Offers £300million, 3 Jets and 79 Bananas for Gareth Bale
Real Madrid have stepped up their interest in the premier league's PFA player of the year, Gareth Bale, by offering Spurs a fee somewhere around £300million, as well as 3 Jets and 79 bananas as Add-ons. Reports are suggesting that Madrid's previous bid of £200million and a row in Planet of the apes 2 wasn't Good enough as Bale already stated that he was no longer going to participate in the franchise.
Reports also suggest that Madrid initally wanted to offer the Bernabéu to Spurs but Spurs felt that it [The Bernabéu] undervalued Bale's potential and thought of it as an insult.
"We admire Madrid's determination to get Bale, we really do." Spurs director Daniel Levy said, "But Offering the Bernabéu for Bale isn't enough. Infact I think of it as more of an insult."
"They will need to bid atleast 3 Bernabéus for us to even consider selling him." AVB said.
This report came after Spurs rejected Man utd's bid of £50m, 2 premier league trophies and a Champions league trophy.

Far Cry 3 : My Review
I just had to do a review of this game because it's so damn awesome!
Far cry 3, Where do I start? I had been playing this game for about 5 days straight without proper sleep and I don't regret it. It's an amazing game with a storyline that gets you deep into the main character: Jason Brody. How a simple trip to an exotic island turned into a blood bath with pirates and drug lords is what really makes far cry far cry. Aside from that the ability to free roam and discover great things on the island(Like how you can kill a shark with you bare hands apparently) The game also offers some cool upgrade features and things to buy which really extends this games life span.
Firstly you and your friends decided you go to some island to have a great time and all(Which none of you even thought about researching on) and that fun gets cut short by the infamous Vaas Montenegro who then captures your friends and kills your brother. It's that moment when the game kicks in and you discover you're really good with weapons despite never handling one ever in your life. Great acting, amazing graphics and insane fun make this game a definite Game to play. You'l find yourself being chased by Pirates to been eaten up by crocodiles, Tigers and even rabid dogs to riding a jetski to skinning animals! It's that diverse and that's where this game beats many.
However ofcourse not everything can be perfect in life so this is the part where i list what I thought where the games main pros and cons.
Pros:
-Great storyline and acting to go along with it.
-Characters had some emotions attached to them(You could feel what they were feeling)
-The island is beautiful, that's a plus.
-Plenty of things to do in the game so you never get bored
-So many things to discover, and very unpredictable animals, which is great!
-Weapon upgrades were fun
-I played poker
Cons:
-Missions get repitive
-Activating Radio Towers was so annoying
-Nothing special about Multiplayer, just the normal mainstream stuff
-A few strange glitches here and there.
That's just my opinion though, other people may find the multiplayer great or the radio towers very fun. There are some flaws in the game just like every other game out there that make you wonder what sort of logic is being applied, Here are the flaws I found, Maybe you can answer them:(Warning Spoilers! If you haven't played the game Stop reading NOW)
-Jason had a cellphone but never called anyone like the police maybe?
-All those boats on the island and he still let his friends fix that abandoned boat.
-How does pulling your finger restore your health?
-Why did Citra have sex with Jason infront of the whole tribe?
-Plants make plastic syringes?
-Shooting a goat with like 20 bullets kills it. I thought 2 were enough?
[Add more]
That's me though, this is officially one of my favourite games of all time (No lie). I give it a 9.8/10 Because nothing on earth deserves a perfect 10 ;-)

My Premier league Team of The Year
Here is my Premier League XI for the 2012/13 season. Please keep in mind that this is my opinion.
Goalkeeper: David De Gea | Manchester United
What a season his had. After been heavily criticised last season, De Gea seems to have finally stepped up to his price tag. He is, by no means, the kind of player that Edwin van der Sar was in his prime, nor anywhere close to Peter Schmeichel, but this season he’s been a cut above the rest.
Left-back: Leighton Baines | Everton
Evertons most consistent player, He is the kind of left-back that any team would be lucky to have: his work rate is phenomenal and his ability follows suit. He assisted greatly in Evertons persuit of European football.
Centre-back: Jan Vertonghen | Tottenham
Vertonghen has been outstanding, supplying goals as well as defensively being a rock.
Centre-back: Ashley Williams | Swansea
Amazing that in 2008 he was playing in League Two. Williams has been very solid in Swanseas defense this season, His blocks, clearances and interceptions top the charts.
Right-back: Pablo Zabaleta | Manchester City
Zabaleta has been City’s star player this season, and ofcourse the best Right back in the league. He's been very consistent for City.
Left-wing: Gareth Bale | Tottenham
PFA Player of the Year, PFA Young Player of the Year, he’s won games
single-handedly this season and carried Tottenham - on his own at times - to fifth place. Who knows where Spurs would have been without him.
Centre-midfielder: Michael Carrick| Man utd
An outstanding player this season, very influential team player who knows how to read games. He's been underrated alot but this season everyone agreed that he's definatley one the best midfielders in England.
Centre-midfielder: Santi Cazorla |
Arsenal
Arsenal’s stand out player this season. Santi Cazorla has been a breath of fresh air, bringing some exciting Spanish skills to Arsenal and the league. Also great with both feet.
Right-wing: Juan Mata | Chelsea
Chelseas best player and one of the best in the league, Juan Mata played a major part in helping Chelsea get a spot in next years Champions league.
Striker: Luis Suarez | Liverpool
Suarez would have been the player of the season had it not been for the bite incident. His playing ability makes him one of the best and trickiest forwards in the Epl. Helped put liverpools season back on track with some amazing performances.
Striker: Robin van Persie | Manchester United
He left Arsenal to win a trophy - and did just that. Immediately. When he shoots he scores. Golden boot winner this season (and last season). What more can I say?
Manager: Sir Alex Ferguson | Manchester United
The best manager England has ever seen. Managing to knock liverpool off their perch and win Man utds 20th league title. What he's done for Man utd has been trully amazing.
Substitutes' bench:
Michu | Swansea
£2m was all he costed yet he managed to set the Premier League this season with his 18 goals and two assists. Absolute bargain, expect his price to triple.
Christian Benteke | Aston Villa
Had a fantastic debut season for Villa, he carried them in most games with his great scoring and dribbling ability
Luke Shaw | Southampton
One of the best breakthrough stars the league saw this season and only 18yrs old, Shaw was definately amongst the best left backs we saw this season and makes my bench.
Rafael | Man utd
Had his best season for united, he's been outstanding in defense as well as in attack.
Asmir Begovic | Stoke City
He’s been amazing between the sticks for Stoke. One of the best goalkeepers in the epl, He really helped in making Stokes defense really tight.
Other players who could be on the bench
- Steven Gerrard
- Eden Hazard
- Theo Walcott
- Romelu Lukaku
- Rio ferdinand
- Daniel Agger
- Dempsey
- Yaya Toure

Liverpool vs Chelsea Match preview
It's that time of the year when Red colides with Blue once again in what is destined to be a thrilling encounter! Added to this emotions are flying out over Rafa Bentiez and Fernando Torres return to merseyside as well as Daniel Sturridge playing against his former club, That's why we love the english premier league after all, for moments like this. Another curious twist comes in; When Benitez was making Liverpool the champions of Europe again in 2005, Brendan Rodgers was less than a year into his role as head of youth.... at Chelsea.
Liverpool come back from two disappointing Draws with West Ham united and Reading F.C and hoping for (ofcourse) 3pts. PFA POTY nominee Luis Suarez will be hoping to add to his 22 league goals and prove why he should win the award, and with 20yr old midfield Phillipe Coutinho proving to be a great buy, liverpool have just enough firepower to fend off the blues, if they take their chances that is. Chelsea will need to shut off the Gerrard - Suarez connection in order to cut liverpools game plan, because as we've seen before when Suarez is isolated liverpool don't play well.
Chelsea's squad will be boosted by the (possible) returns of Ashley Cole and Gary Cahill. Not much changes should be expected in the line up that beat Fulham except upfront where Demba Ba is expected to replace Torres due to Benitez' squad rotation policy. So Juan Mata, Hazard, Oscar, Ramirez and Lampard will fill the Chelsea midfield. Chelseas main threat will be Juan Mata (another POTY nominee) and Eden Hazard, Liverpool will have to make sure they shut them up in order to control the game.
As always, expect a truely entertaining game in merseyside tomorrow! One that might be the last Gerrard vs Lampard match we'l ever see, One you should feel guilty if you miss it.
Likely line ups
Liverpool(4-2-3-1):
----------Reina----------
Johnson----Carragher---Agger---Enrique
---Gerrard------Lucas----------
---Downing----Coutinho----Suarez----
--------Sturridge----------
Chelsea (Possible, 4-2-3-1):
--------------Cech--------------
Azpilicueta---Ivanovic----Luiz---Bertrand
-------Mikel----Ramires----------
-----Hazard-----Mata-------Oscar
------------Ba----------
Match Prediction:
Liverpool 3-2 Chelsea
Stat: In 69 league visits to Anfield, Chelsea have won just nine, while losing 46.
Other stats
- The Reds are four points and 19 goals better off than at this stage last season.
- Only Manchester City have kept more clean sheets this season than Liverpool's 13.
- Luis Suarez needs one goal to become the first Liverpool player to score 30 in a season in all competitions since Fernando Torres in 2007-08.
- Chelsea have five more points than at the same stage last season.
- They (Chelsea) ended a three-match losing streak in away fixtures by beating Fulham 3-0 in midweek.
- Frank Lampard made his 600th appearance for Chelsea in the midweek win over Fulham. He is two goals shy of Bobby Tambling's club record tally of 202.

Step up Revolution My review.
The 4th installment of the famous Step up series came along and boy what a movie it was. I must say i thought it was going to suck but i really really enjoyed it, Story was ok, kinda lame and extremely cheesy, but hey who can blame the directors? Creating a dance movie with a story that isn't Cliche is very tough, unless maybe if it was about a Ninja who didn't want to be a Ninja but a dancer instead, something like that i don't know. Called Step up Revolution or Step up 4: Miami heat, which makes it sound epic and all.
Anyways the story is about a group of Street dancers(Soo original) called The Mob who want to be heard, like literally want to be heard. So they go about performing dance stunts in just about any place in order to gain 1million hits on Youtube (But i thought all they wanted was to be heard?). So it's during this stunt fest that the story unfolds and crap, and as always there's a girl involved who somehow messes things up. Compared to other Step up movies i would say this one is my favourite, and when it comes to storylines, Step up 1 is by far the best. 3 had some great dance scenes but that's just about it, the story was the worst! And if you told me you enjoyed it's story i will have you arrested for Lameness. 2 was.. Just there, i honestly can't describe 2, but it's just there.. Somewhere. The acting was alright, decent i guess, Ryan Guzman did fairly well in his 1st movie. Misha Hamilton is a great dancer, i haven't seen Center Stage so i was like whoa! Personally i think the chemistry between Kathryn McCormick and Ryan Guzman just wasn't there, it was hard to feel that spark you know?
The main parts i felt pulled this movie back was the whole Ballet side of the movie, It just kept appearing and disappearing, and i kept dozing off each time it came. The dancing is mainly what made this movie to be honest, because if it wasn't for it, this film would totally suck! But it didn't soooo cool.
That's how i feel about it and if you don't like it well then, go.
My rating 6.8/10
4 for the dancing.
2 for Moose.
0.8 for the Story.

Fifpros World Xi,deserved?
The balon d'or awards took off yesterday and saw Lionel Messi break yet another record by winning 4 balon d'ors in a row, truely deserved, but the other highlight(and i'm not talking about Fernando Torres high)was the selected best world Xi for the year 2012.Many people argued about who should and shouldn't be there, and the fact that the players were all from la liga made matters worse,so here's my Opinion:
GK:Iker Casillas:Spain and Madrids captain,Casillas is arguably the best goalkeeper in the world! Many would argue that perhaps Buffon should have been there, lets not forget that Casillas guided Spain to their 2nd Euro in a row,and also Madrid to their 32nd La liga trophy. The accolades speak for themselves.Casillas probably deserved it.
LB:Marcelo:This one completely suprised me,i mean i know he had a good season last year but he has been out since October with an injury, that's 2 months of no football!Does it mean he played so well that 2months wasn't enough for every other left back to step up to the plate?I generally think Jordi Alba,Ashley Cole or Philip Lahm should have been there instead of Marcelo.
CB:Sergio Ramos:How do the board of professionals choose places again?Sergio Ramos was exceptional last year & played a part in Madrids title chase, but since the start of this new season his form had dropped so bad that Varane took his place at some point.Surely if you're the best Center back that wouldn't happen would it?according to fifa it would.
CB:Gerard Pique:Not really sure what Pique has done,i mean don't get me wrong he was 'good' last year but i still can't put my finger on how he was included in the squad, didn't Mascherano play more games than him or something? His form dipped alot and if it wasn't for Puyols injury i don't think he would have played at the Euros.
How about Hummels?Kompany? Chiellini?
RB:Dani Alves:Was also injured for most of the season but somehow managed to find himself in the squad, sure he won the Spanish cup and all but he wasn't Mr reliable at the back and it's somehow shocking how he was included.
Midfielders:
Xabi Alonso:Although it's debatable I think Alonsos' adition was alright,Many feel that Pirlo should have been there instead of Alonso, well that's were the 'Debatable' part comes in because i personally feel Alonso did more for Spain and Madrid than Pirlo for Italy and Juventus.
Xavi Hernandez:Deserved
Andres Iniesta:Deserved
Forwards:
Lionel Messi:Deserved
Cristiano Ronaldo:Deserved
Radamel Falcao:Alot candidates for this slot, but realistically speaking who was better than Falcao last year?He won the Europa league and single handedly destroyed Chelsea in the UEFA Super cup, many say Van Persie should have been there, yes Van Persies goals are the reason Arsenals playing Champions league football right now,yes he won the EPL golden boot and Arsenals player of the year but at intenational level he failed to shine,he only scored 1 goal and him and his country never even won a match!Falcao managed to score hatricks for colombia(despite the fact that most games were friendlies,he still showed that he gives his all everywhere).
My vote would go to Falcao anyday.
Amongst the players who most feel should be there are Didier Drogba,Sergio Aguero,Fernando Torres? Ibrahimovic and Neymar.
If you have any suggestions, please feel free to comment

Harry Redknapp says QPR can now challenge for the EPL trophy
After coming out with a shocking 0-1 win over Chelsea at Stamford bridge,Harry Redknapp felt that that was the motivation and sign they needed to compete for the Premier league trophy.
It was a tough fixture for the squad, travelling to the rivals home ground with nothing but Cisse and Taraabt in their squad but somehow managed to clinch a late victory after Shaun Wright-Phillips landed in the crucial blow. One man who was the most excited about the win was veteran goalie Julio Ceaser, whose main intention of going to QPR was to win Premier league."We can win it now i believe"He said after saving Fernando Torres' pass"We're only 39pts behind leaders Manchester United, meaning we're so close".Many argued with Rafa Benitez for opting to play the game with only 9men in the field, but he made things clear that with Demba Ba going to Chelsea, they had to learn how to play with a false nine instead of the occassional invisible one(Torres). He also said Mata and Hazard were on the bench because only because he wanted to feel what it would be like to be on the brink of being fired."It was exciting" he said with no expression what so ever,"I've never felt so awesome in my life".
That was only QPR's 2nd win of the season so far,and at this rate Harry Redknapps' men will surely challenge Man united for the Trophy especially with their new plans to bolster their squad with another 12 new players they wish to sign this January, life couldn't get any better for the rangers. If you want to know which players they will sign, think of all the rejects from big clubs around Europe.

Liverpool will only sign 2 of the 500 strikers they wanted to sign
The January transfer window is officially open and this is the period when all sorts of rumours fly out on the news.Liverpool is one team that has been looking to bolster their forward line and this morning director Ian Ayre confirmed that Liverpool would only sign 2 forwards.
"It's sad i know" he said "We were really looking forward to signing all those 500 forwards, but you have to be realistic in football,We weren't going to have enough Melwoods to accompany them".This statement came after they had been linked with the 501st one Wesley Sneijder.
Rodgers said;
"Ofcourse it's important to have a Spartan squad of 300men and that's what i'm looking for,but the truth is..if we haven't worked together or if you weren't at chelsea,i won't sign you"
While liverpool fans were left bedazzled by his comments,there was a certain sense of optimism as Liverpool would now be aquiring 300more players in the summer,but as for the January Transfer window they will only sign 2players.Alot of journalists were wondering why Rodgers was going after Tom Ince seeing that they have never worked together in any form at all but Rodgers again made it clear why he was signing the Blackpool wing wizard;
"We went to rehabilitation school together...he was a baby and i was about 24yrs old.I had guided him to where the toilet was on one occation and that was how we worked.I could remember how quick he walked to the toilet, from there onwards I knew that he would provide some speed to this group"
What a tactical lad Rodgers is,so Sturridge and Ince will be 2 of players liverpool sign this window. Some of the 500player liverpool want to sign include,Di Santo, the whole Swansea squad(except from Michu and that other lad from Celtic FC),The Chelsea Reserves and so on and so forth.
